MSDS979 TSS electrode total Suspended Solids Sensor
Introduction:
The principle of suspended solids (sludge thickening) is based on a method combining infrared absorption and scattered light. The ISO7027 method can be used to continuously and accurately determine sludge concentration. The sludge concentration value is determined according to the ISO7027 infrared double scattered light technology which is not affected by the chromaticity. The self-cleaning function can be selected according to the usage environment. Stable data and reliable performance; built-in self-diagnosis function to ensure accurate data; simple installation and calibration. It is suitable for monitoring of water suspended solids (sludge concentration) in water works, water quality monitoring of municipal pipe network; industrial process water quality monitoring, circulating cooling water, activated carbon filtration effluent, membrane filtration effluent, etc.
The sensor is made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and more durable. The sea water version can be titanium-plated, and it also performs well under strong corrosion. Fully automatic electrode scraper, self-cleaning function, can effectively prevent solid particles from covering the lens, improve the measurement accuracy and prolong the use accuracy.
