The principle of the turbidity sensor is based on a method that combines infrared absorption and scattered light. The ISO7027 method can be used to continuously and accurately determine turbidity values. The sludge concentration value is determined according to the ISO7027 infrared double scattered light technology which is not affected by the chromaticity. The self-cleaning function can be selected according to the usage environment. Stable data and reliable performance; built-in self-diagnosis function to ensure accurate data; simple installation and calibration. It is suitable for water turbidity monitoring in water works, municipal pipe network water quality monitoring; industrial process water quality monitoring, circulating cooling water, activated carbon filtration effluent, membrane filtration effluent, etc.
The sensor is made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and more durable. The sea water version can be titanium-plated, and it also performs well under strong corrosion. Fully automatic electrode scraper, self-cleaning function, can effectively prevent solid particles from covering the lens, improve the measurement accuracy and prolong the use accuracy.
The internal upgrade of the sensor can effectively prevent moisture and dust accumulation in the internal circuit, and avoid damage to the internal circuit.
1. The transmitted light adopts a stable invisible near-monochromatic infrared light source, which avoids the interference of the chromaticity in the liquid and the external visible light on the sensor measurement. And built-in photometric compensation to improve the measurement accuracy.
Quartz glass lenses with high transmittance are used in the optical path to make the emission and reception of infrared light waves more stable. Wide range, stable measurement, high precision and good reproducibility.
2. 1-way photoelectric isolation signal output, 1-way RS-485 communication interface (compatible with Modbus-RTU protocol), the fastest communication interval is 50ms. Single-channel 4-20mA current output, 4-20mA can be output in reverse; no need for an instrument, it can be directly connected to a computer, PLC and other equipment with RS485/4-20mA signal interface for data acquisition. It is convenient for users to integrate sensors into industrial control environments such as host computer systems and IoT systems.
